      I am tired of dealing with customer support on live chat already. As for now I am requesting for refund for my case but seems like they decide to not take it seriously and ignore what they promised me that confirmation will be send before Sunday (third promise).       I've been trying to order the Razer Blade Stealth but I keep getting my order cancelled and unsuccessful, I've tried contacting support like the email said but they're not really of much help. They asked for my ID and utility bill but I cannot provide a utility bill since I am 16 and I don't have one under my name. They haven't given me any other options and I just want to buy my laptop ;-;

      Hi, I'm having freezing issues with my Stealth. I saw another thread saying to contact you. I've already gone through RMA, and they replaced the motherboard. After starting fresh with a new install of the OS, the issue is back. The computer also freezes (so far 2 times over 2weeks) when connecting/disconnecting to the Core. Any help would be much appreciated!

        And it does not seem to show forum nicknames, it shows I assume REAL NAMES, and we do not even know if those are legit names. =)
