Ok, I know, I know the price to preformance on the super low end is terrible. So right now I'm using a REALLY old hp desktop. It has an intel dual core pentium(E2200) and I'm running off of its intergrated graphics. Spoiler their terrible. I am going to purchase a new computer later this year, but in the meantime, I need something that can run low demanding games in low quality above 30 FPS. (Right now my max is 18) I need a cheap card that is compatible with that CPU. I really want to spend as little as possible since my moniter is only 720p. If you have any suggestions please tell me!
    Thanks.

    How cheap is cheap?

And I would recommend getting an old card (either from nvidia or AMD)

I would suggest the GT 710
It has very low power consumption so you most likely will not need to upgrade your power supply to account for it.

why not get a used card?
I m sure you can get something like a gtx 660, maybe even a gtx 660 ti for ~50-60 $, and when you get a new pc you could sell it again for ~30-40$

What about looking at secondhands? Depending on where you live there will be a lot of people that upgraded from a decent card to a much better card, trying to get that last value out of their old card.

Yea I have been looking in Craigslist for a used one. I found a 670 for $60.
Found a really sketchy GTX 210 for 10$

Another question, I'm looking to buy that GTX 670. As I already said I am going to build a new PC later, with a 1060 or a 1070. Would I be able to put the 670 along side the other card, and would it make any difference?

Nop, that won't do anything for you as far as I know, but you wouldn't need it with a 1070 anyway ;) Nor with a 1060 I believe, not a 670 :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

You can run PhysX on the 670 and use the 1060 or 1070 as the main one.

Don't even bother with those graphics cards, I agree with everyone else here. Getting a secondhand card is a better choice, make sure you check with the seller and see if it works before buying it. Besides, newer GPUs tend to consume less power. But just make sure to check with your power supply's wattage and calculate the power needed to support whatever card you're buying.

You can use this handy tool on the link below.

Found a 560ti for only $30 a little while ago for a old computer I wanted to keep for guests to play on. I would check out Ebay if its available where your at. Tons of computer hardware to choose from. The computer your planning to upgrade though sounds pretty old even with a new video card the CPU would probably bottle neck the performance. check on the Ram and versions of windows too. If it has 2-4gb of ram or running OS older than windows 7 it might require more money to get it going but probably not worth it. Also the mother board might require a bios software upgrade. I had a gigabyte board that crashed with a newer card until i upgraded the bios.

  14. Geforce 1050 TI is currently the best budget card out there. Go check it out.

You can also buy some used Radeon RX460 - then you can modify it by reflashing bios (+ some driver tweaks) to unlock disabled stream processors (from 896 to 1024), to get nice performance boost.
But Pentium E2200 will be a bottleneck for this GPU.

That's a waste of money for me, as My computer will bottleneck and I'm looking to spend sub $60

One last question. Is eBay or Craigslist more reliable?

I'd prefer Ebay for sure. Since there you can see sellers ratings and you can give them feedback. Craigslist can still work out fine but there's no consequences if people rip you off.
