    This is awesome. Companies that care about the customers opinions is great. Lets hope they can fix a lot of their support and QC problems soon :)

    It is difficult to be in support and I can say Razer's has been pretty lackluster compared to getting things done in a timely manner. I am sure many here can agree. I can only hope something happens with the information.

    I think fixing the QC problems would go a long way to addressing the support problem. I've never had to contact support as much as I have with Razer -- I've been in touch with them three times in the past year, two of which were QC related, and that's neglecting to mention the issues that've cropped up which I've simply chosen to ignore. But, if QC was up to snuff, I really wouldn't have any reason to complain about support to begin with, because the only non-QC issue they've helped me with, while being slow and tedious, was well within my expectations for non-warranty service.

    Asking folks to randomly "Like" your post isn't something we really encourage. Also, everyone ought to keep in mind that they only get a limited number of "Likes" that they can give each day, so they need to be particular with which posts they choose to "award" them to.

    WOW! , This is why i love Razer, not just their products but the way they do things, i think there are a lot more companys out there what would benefit from looking at the way Razer do things

    we can only like 5 things a day , so our like s are limited... i have run out of likes for today so sorry , i can not like your post!

    We tend to view the "Likes" as a kind of currency, since if people get enough of them then they earn trophies on the forum, which then earns them zSilver as well. Which is why we ask that people not ask for likes, it's along the same vein as asking for free money or items which are both against the forum rules. So, yes, since people only get 5 "Likes" per day to hand out, we do want folks to make sure that they're not just giving them away all "willy-nilly" we want the posts you like to actually be *that* good. :)
