Razer Blade 2016 GTX 1060 Fan

    No I got mine from razer store since I'm in the uk, 2 months I wa dealing with razer support!!!! But after sending it to them a second time they refunded me. Is Microsoft store support better not quite sure how it work since they don't sell blades in the uk.

    So do you think that even If I have the blade since 4 month now, if I send RMA, then get another loud 2016 one, resent it again, and again, they will refund ? no matter if I passed the 14 days of retractation ?

    No, I sent mine of on the 13th day of me owning it because the screen flickered on and off on battery and the coil whine was so loud, louder than other examples even with the firmware update.

    Most likely, they will just let you do the RMA thing until your warranty runs out. Seems to me that a EC fix should be cheaper for them than all the RMA's, hard to understand their reasoning.

    Forgot to add after they had it for a month it got returned with the same issues so a week later they asked me to return it so I only had my laptop for three weeks.

    So far no crashes but my battery is stuck at 100% for over an hour(on battery). Why does nbfc screw with battery read out.

    mine randomly jumps to 0% and back to a normal value :D ... anyone knows where to get a new fan for the blade ? razer wont send me one even when i say i will pay for it .. and i cant send it in for warranty .. cause razer will take ages to get it back to me and i need it for school ... my freetime from studying starts right when the warranty ends .. lol ..

    already tried searching .. but the new fan isnt listed in the webs .. the number is unknown .. only this old from 2014 model you linked is the one you can find -.-....

    today some.. (Sorry for that violent pronounciation) Dumb guy on the email support really tried to tell me that the last bios update was a EC update and not a BIOS update.... and that this was the update to adress the fancurves .... RAZER GET SOME COMPETENT SUPPORT GUYS !! that sucks !!... today i also realised that the bios does show N/A for serial number ??? really ?? when it works like the asus support i wont have any warranty now cause you cant find the serial number in the bios ( its written nearly everywhere on the laptop .. ) i had something like that .. after a "Fix" from asus support my mainboard got weird problems ... send it in .. and what did they tell me ?? no warranty cause we cant see the serial in the Bios ... ( was written on 2 places on the mainboard via these barcode stickers etc .. ) get your stuff together and fixed Razer ...

    Razer Support is a ROBOT .. it cannot be competent ... XD Issue -> ask support : support -> ask RMA : RMA -> ask support : support -> returning your sh!t ! XD
    All time I am asking support to transmit the case/msg to someone "In charge" ... I don't know if they did ... or if the "In charge" noob only care about his pocket money ...

    I don't know what type of issue you must have to be in relation with a " razer head thing " ?! Need to buy the company and eraze it ?!

    And it is still rare(even possible ?!) to deal with the same guys, that might understand your issue correctly.

    Well razer support screwed me this time. The told me to do this an updater to help my battery life issue. The update now failed. The fans are full blast and the keyboard is not working. Plus the computer is not recognizable to synapse or the updater now.

    Well talking to them over the phone is just as bad as email. They rush you off the phone. The audio is choppy and there english is horrible.

    Spoiler me xD how much ? In prevent previous quiet Mode was 100% and cool Mode 150% what Would Ou rate the idle noise now ? XD

    I'm sitting in my room listening to music and using chrome with seven tabs open, if I pause the music I can't/can barely hear it now unless I put my head to the computer. Previously I could hear it even when soft music was playing and it was very clear it was going when it was paused.

    Not sure how I'd rate it is a %, Cool mode is super loud, quiet mode is, well, quiet, instead of just less noisy.
