So last time i asked about a keyboard and i got very good feedback . This time i wanted to ask you all about a mice , the Razer Mamba Chroma , is it actually good for its price or is it just overrated. I would really appreciate hearing what you all have to say about it . 1515665885_ghjghjghjghjghjghjg.jpg

Go with DeathAdder Elite - it has better sensor... or if you want Chroma - get Lancehead TE (wired).

I've used Mamba since the 3.5G version, and I
have no problem with it. I do not doubt that an optical sensor would be better but I would not say that the Mamba is directly bad, no. It has to be said that I use high sensitivity, so I do not experience the 'lifting laser mouse' problem.

As a mamba user , would you recommend buying the razer mamba chroma. Or do you find the lancehead actually more recomendable.

As stated before, although most people in here will have my head for saying it, I would say that you could easily buy the Mamba, unless you play FPS' on a high level. I have not owned a Lancehead, so I cannot compare them unfortunately. But again, the sensor in the Lancehead is better.

Thank you very much for your feedback , it is always nice to hear it from someone who owns the product. I will got to the store and decide between these two

If you are going to buy them at a physical store, make sure to try holding on all of them, so you can find out which one fits your hand the best. If the Mamba fits well, remember that the Deathadder has a similar shape, and has optical sensor, although of cause you sacrifice the wireless function as well as the nice chroma stripes on the top-side. Good luck with your purchase, you're gonna love the mouse no matter what

Laser sensor. There is Z-AXIS bug, annoying in FPS games - mouse is not only tracking X and Y axis, but also Z axis (when lifting mouse). You can calibrate it a bit (via Synapse), but you can't eliminate it. It's the way that Philips TwinEye laser sensor works.

All optical sensors on Razer are great, and top-notch, so I'd stick with it.
