So i have had my razer Kraken for 6 months and no problems, but i turn on my pc one day and it is suddenly not coming up on razer synapse 2.0, because of this they sound very different. Anyone know how to fix.
    Thanks

This may sound stupid, but have you tried reinstalling your Synapse 2? There may be an issue with your drivers.

Ok, so just to confirm, your Kraken V2 does not SHOW up on the bottom left hand screen at all?

press windows key, type device manager, go to universal serial bus controllers, right click on everything below (one by one), press properties and go to power management tab, uncheck "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". once you've done that, press windows key and type sound, make sure the kraken v2 is set as default device on both playback and recording tabs. I had that problem with manowar, this is how i fixed it. if it still doesn't work, somehow try to force synapse to ask you if you would like to download your settings from the cloud or upload local ones, at that point, select upload from local.

Hello, sorry but i forgot to say that it uses 3.5mm jack instead. Thanks anyway.

kraken v2 that uses 3.5mm connector doesnt ever get detected by synapse, you must be referring to synapse's surround pro, which i hear, lots of people can't use it these days

Well, i remember a while ago it gave me the full version for free with all the features. Do you think it stop working because this expired ?

no, it didnt expire, it never does. as i said, youre not the only one whos not able to use surround pro these days, i cant use it on my pc, but it works on my laptop though, that would be because i never connect it to wifi, i use it strictly for music and movies
