Why is Razer Taking forever with my RMA Claim.

    Hi,

    Recently I've purchased a Razer Blade 14 256GB via the Razer site, a few days later I decided to cancel the order but it's impssible to do so via the Razer Crappy site. I emailed support wed of last-week to which they replied. I was asked if I wanted to get Razer Credits or if I need to return it completely and get my money back, its been four days since this email exchange. I only have 8 days more to get this resolved or else I'll need to foot the cost. Very worried, whats been the experience of Blade owners in this forum???

    Don't worry, if you already rised a ticket you could count it when they reply. I was worried when i wanted returning my FHD Skylake last year, but due 2~3 days reply it took more than 2 weeks (refund times), just say to them so, they will accept it.
